PerlTransHandler +Apache2::AMFCarrierDetection

The scope of this scenario is to detect the Carrier and its nation, and put it as environment variable called:

AMF_CARRIER_NAME
AMF_CARRIER_NATION

This is the only module that don't need WURFLFilter.pm
